- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been going to the pain clinic for over 4 years seeing the same Doctor(Vinod Mungalpara) and then my doctor was changed to Rena Scates.Since then,things have went downhill.On June 4th,my phone broke.I got a new one on the 6th so I called them FIRST with my new number.As is so often the case,they don't listen to your voice messages you leave because later that month,they let me go Because they said they couldn't contact me!!! Be professional and LISTEN to the messages and I wouldn't be punished for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG!! While I had Vinod,it was a wonderful experience and he really cares.What really gets me are the people that sell their meds every single month.They NEVER check on them.I guess being truthful and doing right gets you nowhereOctober 24, 2017by Gail Smith
