- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THE FRONT OFFICE LADY IS EXTREMELY RUDE! Dr. Carroll performed a C-section on me and I had a quick question that I needed to ask her. I understand that leaving a message for such a busy doctor is protocol and either her or the nurse will call me back, however I DO NOT understand why the front office lady was so rude and disrespectful. I'm starting to feel that she was racist toward African Americans. She made a bunch of assumptions and then had the audacity to disrespect me. I will never recommend this office to anyone and I regret that I ever put my life and my daughter's life in their hands. Do your research if you're pregnant and looking for a loving office because this one surely lacks compassion, to say the least.August 19, 2017by Antonette Perry
