- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I tried to schedule an appointment with a different dermatologist in the office after having a not so great experience on my last visit. With my problem, acne, getting worse, I wanted a more experienced dermatologist, and that was not an option. I understand that there are policies, but if I didn't feel like the first dermatologist answered my questions, concerns, why would I continue to pay out of pocket for that service. You do not keep your clients because of a policy, you keep them because of your customer service and ability to resolve the problem, and if not resolved, at least give a proper follow up.May 31, 2017by Leticia Benitez
