  The entire staff at LHC is great. They know their profession and they all practice their craft with excellence. I arrived at LHC after having a broken hip set at Baptist Hospital. I live in Lexington and LHC was a convenient drive from our home. The convenience in drive time for my wife and friends benefitted them and me in terms of the encouragement I received. The food was well prepared, with variety and adequate portions. The physical and occupational therapy staff were professional, personable, gentle and firmly encouraging as they worked with me and every patient in their care. The daily goals they set were tailored to the needs of each patient. Their overarching goals are publicly displayed in every room and hallway-to move the patient first into mobility and through each progressive step eventually return him or her to an active and contributing member of the community. I highly recommend LHC as the place to go for physical and occupational therapy. I am now home, stronger and better skilled to care for myself until I'm fully healed.
