- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Slyman is great but his staff is terrible. I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 10:45 a.m. I arrived at the office at approximately 10:35 a.m. I registered, provided my insurance cards, and sat down in the lobby. The receptionist called me back up to the desk and said that since I was late, they could not see me. I explained that my appointment was at 10:45, and she immediately said, "No, your appointment was at 10:25, we are already running behind, and the Technician said we cannot see you today." My being late had nothing to do with them running behind that day so that is their fault. This was a Friday morning and they close at lunch, so I am sure they wanted to hurry up and leave.November 10, 2017by Rosalie Perrell
