- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my child to Lexington Memorial Hospital Emergency Department on June 28, 2016. Before I was allowed to leave the hospital I was REQUIRED to pay $250.00, even though I have insurance. My insurance company processed the payment and I actually only owed $85.00 so the hospital needs to refund $165.00. I requested my refund three weeks ago. I still have not received the refund. Called again today and was told that the refund dept. was too busy, TOO BUSY!! to talk to me. I was told that "it takes time to process". Not THREE damn weeks! Couldn't wait on their money but they expect me to wait on my refund. Lexington Hospital SUCKS!September 15, 2017by Kathy Baum
